Industrial Bactivator®

The Industrial BACTIVATOR® models, designed for larger flow rates and volumes, are mounted on the skid and can be easily adjusted to use from 10 up to 50 liters per day of ECOPROBIOTICS®. Each unit can treat wastewater flows up up to 60,000 m3/d (± 16 MG(US)D).

The BACTIVATOR was designed for simple operation, to reduce the response time of the operator and to optimize the treatment efficiency of sewage treatment system.

Bactivators automatically perform the following operations:

• grow the bacteria to increase their numbers;
• physiologically engineer or condition the microorganisms to be in a rapid phase of growth prior to their addition to the waste water treatment system;
• in the preactivation mode of operation, optimize the synthesis of enzymes to solubilize grease, protein
  and / or sludge, and
• in the preconditioning mode of operation, induce the bacteria to synthesize the internal enzymes to biodegrade refractory products such as site-specific hydrocarbons.Bactivators automatically perform the following operations
