Rotary vane submersible compressor

Simplicity of design with only one shaft and direct drive produces robust, long-lasting compressors with low maintenance and running costs. These compressors operate completely oil-free; the individual chambers are separated by long-life vanes. Already featuring integrated intake filters and control valves, these compressors can be fitted with other accessories without a problem.
Brand new submersible design available for:
- aeration of (biologic) water treatment plants
up to approx. 30 PE (population equivalent) - aeration of public and industrial waste waters
- mixing and whirling of water and waste water
- aeration and oxygenation into ponds & fishponds

- use of electrical motors with insulation class “F“ and protection class IP 68
- complete pressure tight insulation with mounting rack, inlet and pressure pipes
- standard version w/o silencer but c/w filter
- optional integratedsilencer available
- 2 sizes:
- 180 W pressure up to + 0,4 bar
- 350 W pressure up to + 1,0 bar - compressor- and motor housings made from GG 20
- exclusion valves made from stainless steel
- mounting rack and piping system made from stainless steel
- differences to the standard compressor:
- additional threads and fixings
- no fins or unnecessary connections
- O-ring for motor flange and housing
