Payment Options
For Canadian orders we accept: Visa, MasterCard, Interact and Paypal, and checque by mail once clearance is determined. CanadianPond.ca accepts the following payment types online for U.S. orders: Visa, MasterCard and Paypal.

We use the latest in secure Internet technology to keep your information safe while you shop online. For more information on security, click here.

If you prefer, we are pleased to accept your order by phone, fax or mail.

Phone: Call (450) 243 0976 and have your credit or debit card handy.
Fax: (450) 243 1834. Fax us a copy of the order form with the credit card and expiration date.
Mail: Send in a copy of your order with your credit card information, check, money order, or gift certificate.

Taxes
Please note that all Canadian orders except those from Quebec are subject to 5% GST. Quebec residents pay 5% GST & 7.5% PST.

No sales tax is charged for orders shipped to the United States. Shipping and Handling (including customs charges) are applied to the total order for items shipped to the U.S..

All orders are shipped by ground methods.

For transactional Items on our website:

Shipping times depend on the destination and can range from 2 to 10 business days in the Continental U.S. and Canada. Deliveries to the Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories and non-continental U.S.A. can take 3 to 5 weeks.

For Non-transactional Items and Custom Orders:

These orders require a separate shipping quote due to the size and weight of the order. Shipping times vary depending on destination, stock, and custom design. Avoid delays by ordering items well in advance of any deadline.

Expedited Shipping Services
We are currently working on adding an automated expedited shipping service to our Web site. However, if you would like to receive your order faster, you may choose to upgrade your shipping method with one of our courier services manually. For U.S. delivery, we offer UPS Blue (Second-Day Air) or UPS Red (Next-Day Air). For Canadian delivery, we offer Priority Post. Shipping times may vary slightly, depending on the shipping destination.

If you wish to have your order sent through one of these methods, please state this in the "Additional Order Notes" box at the checkout and we will be happy to get back to you with shipping quotes and times. To help speed up this process, make sure we have the correct e-mail or telephone information listed with your login information.

Out-of-stock Items
If an item is not available, you will be aware of this as soon as you click on the gold shopping cart icon.

A message will appear, stating that the item is out of stock with an expected date of arrival. If you choose to back order the item, it will be sent to you as soon as stock is received. Only at that time will you be charged for the product and you will not be charged twice for shipping and handling. It is important to note that the expected date of arrival is estimated and that we cannot guarantee the date. Please check your order status regularly.

Sending a Gift?
If you would like the packing slip to be sent to the recipient without prices or rather have the packing slip sent directly to you, please fill in your wishes in the "Additional Order Notes" box in the checkout screen.

We would be happy to include a gift card with your order. Please indicate that you would like to include a card and write your message in the "Additional Order Notes" box.
